Muh weekend so far...

So it has been a pretty good weekend so far! Friday night was fun! Lar and I went to Ale house and had a few beverages, then went and played pool at Silver Q, I will let him tell you what amazing magic I worked there. We were up till 430 playing cards, but agian, I will let him tell the story, his link is under friends (Larry) He might take a little longer to update, so be patient...

Then Saturday, Seeing as how I was up sooooo late drinking, I slept till like 1450... (that is 250 for all the non military time peeps) I got up, did all my laundry, (we) cleaned the house from top to bottom, grocery shopped, I went and worked out, got stuck in Gator game traffic, came home and cooked at like 10 pm, and watched this AWESOME movie called A Lot Like Love. Very good romantic comedy. Somewhat of a chick flick, but funny all the same! I was stuck in traffic for like 40 minutes for a drive that usually takes 10 maybe 15. That was slightly aggravating!

I went with a friend today to take her child to Chuck E. Cheese. It was interesting to say the least. Took a bunch of pictures with my camera phone for her. I think she was happy, and I know that Sammy had a good time. Their pizza gave me immediate acid reflux though.

Inspired by the mention of Ice Age on Patrick's blog, here are two of my favorite songs from Rusted Root. They sing the theme song for Ice Age, which is one of the songs included. I have loved this CD for so long. If ever I am in a bad mood, this cd makes me feel better. You just can't help but bouncing along to the beat. It is different, but not bad different. Just listen! So we just went and saw The Sound of Thunder. It wasn't bad. It has nothing to do with thunder, come to think of it I have NO idea where they came up with that name. We actually went to see The Skeleton Key, but the lines to get tickets were crazy long. I have no idea why either, nothing came out... Anyways, it was not a waste of money, but I suggest renting it.

Tomorrow I plan on hitting the books pretty hard. I have run out of excuses to procrastinate. I am not usually this bad about not wanting to do my homework, but it is Statistics, and more than that, I don't understand it, so learning it is not fun. Yeah, I know I am a nerd, I like to learn... but not this crap!

Well guys that is about it from me for tonight, Happy Labor day folks, officially started here 25 minutes ago!
